3.3 Ownership and Marketing Use
You retain full ownership of all photographs you upload.
User-Uploaded Photos: LifeinTales will NOT use your uploaded photographs for marketing, promotional materials, or any public display without obtaining your explicit written consent.
AI-Generated Content: LifeinTales may use AI-generated storybook illustrations and text (that do not include your uploaded photographs) for marketing, promotions, social media, and distribution purposes.
